Robert M. Davis

TriStar Southern Hills' Chief Nursing Officer

As chief nursing officer, Robert M. Davis is responsible for planning, organizing and evaluating administrative functions and clinical standards of nursing at TriStar Southern Hills. With over 20 years of healthcare experience, Davis has a wealth of knowledge in performance improvement, infection control, nursing education and regulatory compliance. He develops and maintains the hospital's patient care programs, policies and procedures to ensure the care and needs of all patients are met.

Davis received his bachelor of science in nursing and masters of science in nursing from the University of Phoenix. In 2007, he was recognized as one of the Top 100 Healthcare Professionals by the national _My Health Magazine_. He is passionate about mission outreach and has organized several international mission trips to Ecuador, Brazil and Peru. Davis and family reside in the suburbs of Nashville.
