Opioid addiction can happen to anyone and improper use of these potentially addictive medications is a nationwide crisis.

On Saturday, September 7th, TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center and the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department are joining HCA Healthcare hospitals across the nation to host "Crush the Crisis" opioid take back events. "Crush the Crisis" opioid take back events provide an opportunity for the community to properly dispose of their unused prescription medications anonymously - no questions asked!

The collection site will be conveniently located under the blue tent, located near the main hospital entrance near the valet station which is under the long concrete awning.

Accepted items: Tablets, Capsules and Patches - Hydrocodone (Norco, Lortab, Vicodin), Oxycodone (Oxycontin, Percocet), Tramadol (Ultram), Codeine, Fentanyl, (Duragesic), Morphine, Hydromorphone (Dilaudid) and Oxymorphone (Opana)

Not accepted items: Needles, Syringes, Lancets, Inhalers and Liquids
